The State Safety Programme Implementation Assessment (SSPIA) took place at the M’kango Golfview Hotel in Lusaka and it was held by Ms Lillian Lungu, Manager, Quality & Safety in ZCAA, who was supported by our external expert, Dr. Hazel Courteney. This was a practical workshop to coach the Managers and Senior Inspectors of ZCAA Oversight Teams in the practicalities of loading populating their self-assessed maturity levels and documented evidence into the ICAO Continuous Monitoring Approach (CMA) Portal.
