The project expert, Dr. Hazel Courteney supported during several workshops in August 2023 the beneficiary team, formed by ZCAA staff, particularly from the designated SSP Implementation team, which is composed of aviation safety inspectors of the different technical domains and led by the Safety and Quality Department, in the consolidation of the SSP development, in addressing the Foundation PQs  classified as unsatisfactory or not assessed and in raising capability and skills for Safety management for inspectors and industry.
