Two briefings and a reminder on SMS to staff in administrative, HR, Finance, driver or general support roles took place on 15 June 2022 at the M’kango Golfview Hotel in Lusaka and were held by our external Expert on Aviation Safety and SSP, Dr. Hazel Courteney.  The purpose was to remind the support staff that in chain of events in accident causation, they are also important because a late delivery, lost file, rushed arrival or inadequate training budget can also play a part.
