The Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) Workshop took place on 21 June 2022 at the M’kango Golfview Hotel in Lusaka. It was attended by 31 industry engineers, pilots, airports and ATCOs, and some ZCAA Inspectors. Our external Expert on Aviation Safety and SSP, Dr. Hazel Courteney, presented to the delegates the ICAO principles for formulation of Safety Objectives and SPIs and gave them opportunity to formulate their own ones.
