A one day SMS Workshop to ZCAA inspectors was held by our external Expert on Aviation Safety and SSP,  Dr. Hazel Courteney, at the M’kango Golfview Hotel, to enhance the skills of auditing SMS of ZCAA inspectors, including practice on using the new auditing tool, questions to ask during an SMS audit and appropriate characteristics for Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs).
